COVID-19 Information Update

Regarding the current concerns and physical distancing surrounding the novel COVID-19 virus, Waterloo Honda is OPEN and has taken all precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We are committed to following the advice and direction of our public health officials.


Waterloo Honda’s Sale Department will be open from Monday-Thursday 9:00am-8:00pm and Friday/ Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. We are open to the public, and with that in mind we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure you have a safe visit by:

  • No more than 6 customers allowed inside the showroom at a time to ensure proper social distancing
  • No more than 2 people per group are allowed inside the dealership at a time
  • All vehicle touch-points will be disinfected before and after handling a vehicle
  • Our Showroom will be disinfected 3 times daily to ensure a safe experience/ environment
  • Alcohol-based sanitizer stations will be located at each entry point and on each desk

Test Drives are available, and to ensure the safety of the Customer and the Staff, Waterloo Honda is doing the following:

  • Sanitizing the vehicle before and after a test-drive
  • Unaccompanied test-drives to ensure proper social distancing

At this time, there is shuttle service available for all vehicle servicing needs, it will be limited to 1 person per trip under the recommendation from Public Health Officials and doing our best to practice social distancing. Our showroom is now fully renovated and our waiting room is available for those customers wishing to use it while they wait for their vehicle service to be completed.

Service Drive-Thru is available as of June 1st, we do still recommend customers use the Key Drop-Off Box located at the side of the building to limit the amount of traffic coming through the dealership at this time and ensure proper social distancing.

Service Hours are as follows:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am-8:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: Closed
