Great friendly service is what keeps me coming back, the guys really know their cars. Chris made me feel confident in my dicision to get a new car. All and all it was a great experience. The only thing I am not 100% satisfied with is how clean the car was on pick up. They did however trie to resolve the issues.
The back seats of my CRV had some holes that were caused by me when I was moving some furniture (screws were sticking out of the furniture). Honda (Rob) called in their upholstery guy to fix the problem the holes the very same day. I indicated there were two holes that needed to be fixed (which they did fix); But I missed pointing out a third hole (my fault for not seeing/ pointing it out the first time); so when I brought the CRV back the next day to have the third hole repaired, the upholstery guy was called back ...
